Community integration and social inclusion
In Germany, TEAG works with partner organizations that provide educational, cultural, and social programs for children and young people. The Company supports activities that promote learning, creativity, personal development, and social wellbeing. These activities include creative arts clubs, theatre and animation studios, preschool and teenage clubs, and community events.
Since 2023, TEAG has also supported FV Preussen Eberswalde football club and its annual FinRo Cup mini-football tournament, encouraging participation in local sport and community activities.
TEAG also supports employees and their families who have relocated to Germany. Support includes practical assistance with integration and on-site language courses to improve communication in everyday and professional settings.
In 2026, TEAG plans to continue its social programs, with particular focus on community integration and supporting relocated employees and their families in building long-term stability in Germany.
