Finow Rohrsysteme GmbH in Germany (Eberswalde) was founded in 1893 in the town of Eberswalde, a suburb of Berlin.
Finow Rohrsysteme GmbH has over 100 employees and specialises in the production of high-quality components for power plants, including wind power plants, industry, and construction.
The company has a wide range of products and services, as well as many years of experience in quality management at the highest level.
With more than a century of history, Finow Rohrsysteme GmbH has established a reputation reliable partner in the implementation of complex and exclusive projects in the field of pipelineproduction for power supply and industry.
TPBS Production in Ukraine, (Malynivka)
The plant was built in 2009 and equipped with the most modern and high-tech equipment for the production of pipelines and shaped elements for the energy, oil, gas, and petrochemical industries. TBPS Production has over 400 employees.
The advantage of TPBS Production is the well-established cooperation with research and engineering companies, thanks to which the production of new products from modern steel grades is constantly being perfected.
Energy Line AG in Switzerland (Lucerne).
Energy Line AG trading company was founded in 2016. It manages project deliveries of metal products for facilities in the energy and oil and gas industries. Energy Line AG is actively developing its activities in the European Union and the Middle East (UAE, Qatar).

Ratnamani Finow Spooling Solutions Private Limited is a Joint Venture between Ratnamani Metals & Tubes Limited, India & Technoenergy AG, Switzerland.
The Company was Incorporated on 27th September, 2023 in India.
The primary goal of initiating the Joint Venture was to leverage the combined expertise of both organizations and achieve optimal synergy in delivering top-notch Spooling Solutions & Auxiliary Support to our Global Customers.

The main shareholder of Technoenergy AG, owning enterprises in piping solutions, has over 20+ years of international experience in managing the core divisions of large manufacturing enterprises. Viacheslav plays a key role in shaping strategic development and investment decisions.
Stanislav SHEKSHNIA
Chair of the Independent Board of Directors of Technoenergy AG
Core competences: Corporate Governance, Board Development, Executive Coaching & Advisory, Academic and authorial expertise in management and governance.
Stanislav is an academic, non-executive director and consultant. He is a Professor at INSEAD, where he leads executive programs such as Leading from the Chair, Aspiring Directors, and Advanced Board Development. His research focuses on effective corporate governance and leadership. He is the author and co-author of 11 books and over 50 academic articles. Since 2001, he has served as independent chair and director for companies in France, The Netherlands, Switzerland, Serbia, Ukraine, and the U.S. He is also a senior partner at WH Advisors (Dubai). He advises business owners, boards, and executive teams.
Dr. Colette LEWINER
Core competences: Strategic Leadership in Energy, Corporate Governance, Energy Policy, Market Analysis, Scientific and Authorial Expertise in Energy and Technology.
Colette is a globally recognized expert in the energy and utilities sector. She was the first woman appointed as Executive Vice President at Electricité de France (EDF) and later served on its board for a decade. After leading SGN, a nuclear engineering firm, she founded and led the Energy & Utilities global sector at Capgemini, launching a study the World Energy Markets Observatory (WEMO). She chaired the European Nuclear Society and advised the European Commission. In 2024, she received France’s highest civilian honor, the Grand Officier de la Légion d’honneur. Colette actively promotes women in science and founded Women in Nuclear (WIN). Today, she sits on several French and international boards and consults across the energy sector.
Elena LOKTEVA

Elena is a Non-Executive Director and former Private Equity CFO with 20+ years of international experience. She co-founded a $400M investment firm and has led complex M&A and restructuring programmes across Europe and the Middle East. She serves on the boards of several NHS Foundation Trusts (UK), overseeing budgets totaling £900M, and has previously held board roles in automotive, healthcare, and industrial sectors. Elena is a Chartered Management Accountant (FCMA, CGMA) and a U.S. CPA, with degrees in Economics and Biotechnology. A long-time advocate for mental health, she has been a trustee at Mind in Hertfordshire since 2019.

Adrian is a Swiss attorney, High Court judge, and founder of Pilatushof Law Firm. He
has served on the board of Technoenergy Group since 2016, bringing oversight experience from over 20 companies across diverse sectors. In addition to his career as
a lawyer and a judge of the High Court of Lucerne, he has deep understanding of Swiss banking and fiduciary business practices. He is the founder of Pilatushof Law Firm, where the focus is on delivering expert legal services tailored to clients' needs. As owner of Pilatushof AG, he specializes in legal advisory for small and medium-sized businesses, combining rigorous legal knowledge with strategic business support.
